We stand behind our work. Every service we perform includes a 2-year warranty covering parts we supply and our workmanship. While we always strive for perfection, we're human — and if we make a mistake, within our scope of work, we will take full responsibility and make it right.
How warranty claims work

Evaluation
A standard trip charge applies for our technician to evaluate the issue on-site.

Full coverage
If the failure is due to our parts or labor, we will complete the repair 100% free of charge and immediately waive the trip fee.
Please note
This warranty covers defect and workmanship failures and does not apply to damage caused by improper care, misuse, customer modification, or normal wear and tear.
